Is this an LED screen or a TV?
It is an LED poster built from LED modules, rather than a conventional LCD television. The P2.5 version has a 256 × 768 pixel resolution across its tall display area. We’ll help assess viewing distance and content suitability, especially for fine text.
Can I change the content myself?
The supplier lists Wi-Fi content control. We will confirm the controller, compatible devices, supported file types, any software fees and the upload process before you order.
Can it go outside or in a shop window?
This model is rated for indoor use, not rain or outdoor exposure. A bright window can also require a different display. Send us a photo of the intended location so we can check suitability.
What does it cost, and how long does delivery take?
Request Canadian pricing below. We’ll confirm the display price, freight, taxes or import charges, delivery timeframe and handling requirements for your location. There is no payment or order placed through this form.
What’s included, and what about warranty?
The final quote will specify the screen, stand, controller, cables, software, setup support and any other inclusions, plus warranty terms and the support process. These are confirmed before payment.
Will I need someone to install it?
A freestanding poster avoids a permanent wall installation, but it still needs safe placement, handling and an appropriate electrical supply. At a listed 45 kg, it needs a handling plan. We’ll clarify what you can do yourself and what support may be needed for your site.
